Marlboro Transferable Lifetime Warranty

A highly respected window and door manufacturer for more than 30 years, Marlboro is proud to stand behind its products with a lifetime warranty on vinyl, aluminum, insulated glass units and hardware. And unlike the warranties offered by many window and door manufacturers, our warranty is transferable from the original end-use purchaser to future owners.

Our transferable lifetime warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Because improper installation and maintenance, unauthorized repairs or alterations, misuse, neglect and other factors can void your warranty, be sure to read our maintenance instructions and warranty exclusions.

Vinyl Transferable Lifetime Warranty

We guarantee that the vinyl in your windows and doors will not warp, blister, flake, crack, peel, rot, rust, pit or discolour, due to defects in materials and workmanship.

Insulated Glass Unit Transferable Lifetime Warranty

We will replace your insulated glass unit (two panes of glass in a hermetically sealed unit) if condensation occurs as a result of a breach of the seal due to defects in materials and workmanship. This provision applies under normal use. Installation is not included.

Hardware Transferable Lifetime Warranty

We guarantee that hardware on your windows and doors, including locks, lifts, handles, closures and tracks, will be free from defects in material and workmanship.

Aluminum Transferable Limited Warranty

We guarantee that the aluminum frames and sash members in your windows and doors will not corrode, rot, rust, crack, warp or pit, due to defects in materials and workmanship, for 10 years from the date of manufacture.

Painted (Specta Coat) PVC Warranty

We guarantee that the Specta Coat in your windows will not warp, blister, flake, crack, peel, rot, rust, pit or discolour, due to defects in materials and workmanship for 20 years.  Because of improper maintenance, be sure to read our maintenance instructions and warranty exclusions.
